​Lacey, a teenage girl, has finished work at the mall and is waiting – and waiting – for her boyfriend to pick her up. Left stranded yet again, she reevaluates her love life while shuffling through the songs on her iPod. Actors portraying each of the songs appear with comedic monologues that stir her emotions, offer advice, and affect her decisions. You asked for summer teen workshop opportunities and we listened!  The Wetumpka Depot Players will offer a one week program for students entering 7th grade and above. Led by Depot director, Kim Mason, the program will be June 20-24 with hours 630pm-9pm and one performance June 25 at 5pm.  The cost of the program is $50.  Students will rehearse and present the award winning play, Shuffling.
