Join our Penguin Project company as an artist or a volunteer!
Our special needs company, Penguin Project, accepts young people ages 8-21 to participate in year-round activities. We are also looking for peer mentors to serve as friends and helpers to our special needs company. The program kicks off in September with rehearsals one night a week throughout the school year. Rehearsals increase to two nights per week in April, with performances in May.
We are also kicking off our Penguin Players Gentoos program. Young adult disabled artists are all invited to attend. We are looking for adult volunteers for this program to serve as support staff. This group rehearses two Saturday mornings per month with a final showcase in early June.
The Depot also offers a variety of other youth activities for students of all ages. Workshops will be offered fall and spring. Summer camp registration is open for enrollment in May. For more information contact [email protected]
